(“Bylaws”), notice is hereby given that the Semi Annual (Winter) Meeting of the Intercollegiate Sailing Association of North America will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013.
The top 18 men and 18 women singlehanded college sailors from around the country returned to the US Sailing Center – Long Beach for the third day of racing in the 2012 LaserPerformance/ICSA Singlehanded Nationals off of the Belmont Veterans Memorial Pier in Long Beach, CA.
