NOTICE OF MEETING
Any topic for discussion for which can properly be acted on at the meeting of the Association shall be submitted to the Secretary at least 30 days (1700 PST Friday, April 24, 2015) prior to the meeting. Supporting documents shall be submitted no later than 1700 PST Friday, May 8, 2015. The Secretary of the Association shall compile these topics into an agenda and distribute the same to the members of the Board of Directors at least 15 days prior to the meeting along with the day, hour, and place of the meeting. Other items may be added to the agenda by vote of the Board of Directors.
Individuals wishing to attend the meeting must register by 1700 PST Friday, May 8, 2015 to be included in the lunch headcount. Registration will be available on the 2015 College Sailing Nationals Website.
